Rhonda Arza has been riding since 1979 and brings a strong Equitation foundation shaped during one of the most competitive eras in the sport on the East coast. Her background gives her a sharp eye for position, balance, and effectiveness, paired with an intuitive understanding of mindset and feel.
Rhonda is especially gifted at building confidence in riders of all ages and levels. She excels at breaking skills down into clear, manageable pieces, helping riders understand not just what to do, but why it matters. Her coaching creates clarity, trust, and belief, allowing riders to move forward feeling capable and supported.
In 2005, Rhonda developed a nationally recognized riding program featured in Stable Management magazine. The program was designed to take riders from beginner through advanced levels using a cohesive system that could be implemented barn-wide, reflecting her passion for thoughtful, organized development.
Rhonda works with young riders and adult amateurs across Equitation, Hunters, and Jumpers. She is known for her ability to connect deeply with both horse and rider, helping riders quiet their minds, improve their feel, and ride with intention and confidence.
